"My emotions are controlling me when I should be controlling them." 

In 2018, I was at the end of my rope. I was about to give up on my marriage, forfeit on my health, and lose my sanity. People told me to delegate, ask for help, or let go and let God. It just made me feel guilty, less-than, and a failure because I didn't... and I couldn't. 

In this video, I share my lowest point story, but, more importantly, my journey to the solution to the root of my problem: finally attending to my unattended inner child.

It encourages you to reconnect with the emotional aspects of yourself that may have been suppressed or neglected over time.
